I suggest Richmond adopt the "Every Player Wins A Prize" using the Lucky Duckie method.

Each player selects a "Lucky Duckie" before the game and the winner is announced, imagine not only being selected to play your first game but the Captain as well!

Won't get a look as an inside mid now so makes sense for him to drop some weight and improve his running

With rotations and wingers mainly spending around 80% game time, having Ross share the 3 way load with Pickett and Macca always patrolling both wings its gives up plenty of drive, running power and marking strength away from the coalface.

Half forward, he was wing earlier in the year. His last few games were excellent and you'd think he will only get better with a shot of confidence.... if he can crack the side.

His last couple of games he went up a level definitely in poise and output.
