Ruscoe has been putting some serious work in this off-season, don’t think his had a break.

I did a couple of laps. Was there training today?
Needs to flick the intensity switch. I agree he has something to offer, but right now he’s Langdon without the elite intercept marking…He’s one who could be really worthwhile if he can make the leap. Has clear AFL attributes, but hasn’t put it all together yet.

Ruscoe is definitely one to watch, could easily go onto be a 150 game player or be delisted in 2023.
Or that awesome closing speed.Needs to flick the intensity switch. I agree he has something to offer, but right now he’s Langdon without the elite intercept marking…
I kinda agree. He will make it or he will not.. obvious what Kappa is saying and obvious this relates to any player. Not so sure about that
He either will or will not make it, yeah huge call.
Looks a little like Paul Licuria
Pretty sure they meant the holden center, not Burger KingsI did a couple of laps.
Could have used it in Q1 2018 GF…Or that awesome closing speed.

Yeh, Licca & Taz were 2 of my fav's during the period.Yeah licca also had a good set of pipes on him.
Both worked bloody hard off field both gym and aerobically.
Thx for visiting: general consensus is that Arlo improved over the year - that was promising as he missed most of the pre-season due to his shoulder issues. Again, my reading of general consensus is that with a good pre-season and a continuation of his development trajectory, there's an expectation that he'll play some AFL this year and looks like he'll develop into an inside mid-fielderHi folks, please excuse the intrusion.
I have a keeper league related question.
How did Arlo Draper perform in the VFL this year and do you see him getting any AFL games in 2023?
Thank you in advance.
Cheers. Appreciate the response.Thx for visiting: general consensus is that Arlo improved over the year - that was promising as he missed most of the pre-season due to his shoulder issues. I wouldn't put him in your team. In the VFL last year, he barely touched it in the first half of the year playing defence. As he got fitter, he played some mid - showed some really positive signs, but still had low possessions.Hi folks, please excuse the intrusion.

His bigger issue would be stop fumbling so many ground ballsHe looks like he'll tear games apart next year - go IQ!
