The only benefit I see is using the sub on someone on the way out rather than on someone on the way in.
If someone is in good form in the sanfl and deserves to come in, why muck up their form by giving them a game as sub where they may only get 1 qtr or less.
McHenry has been stuck in that cycle for most of the year.

Well he's the main one we use. Nicks is not great at giving other players a go at it to see if they are good as well.

But in history of the sub he’s well outperformed others and he’s prob the only guy who is consistently better when he’s sub than when he’s best 22
