talk shit about him all you like, when was the last time any tall port player kicked 6 against the pies. Our current forward stocks can only have a pipe dream of that. Has had major impact for them this year and is having a purple patch at the perfect time. Amiss/Voss/Treacy can be just as good or even better than the likes of Walker/Thilthorpe/Forgaty and the former all 22 years of age. Ollie Lord is older than all 3 of freos forwards if he showed anywhere near what voss has we would all be creaming our pants. Instead he gets shafted to the backline. Absolute laugh

They tried, just really poor skills on display for large chunks of the game. Surprised to get that close really, thought Freo were deadly with their forward line, but theyve got some real issues in the way we were able to open them up at times.

Hope they dont finish 4th, Crows would thrash them.

Amazing how numb I feel watching though. Never really cared, never really thought we'd win. Was nice to watch some effort and individual moments, but that was the only highlight.

In the end imo we made some poor decisions at crucial times, some poor ball handling probably due to some inexperience but at least the effort was there after quarter time.

Typical Hinkley coaching, never prepared from the first bounce, the sooner he's gone the better.

Once Butters was exhausted in last qtr thought we would lose. Why wont other players bust their guts like he does.

Aliir was superb. Georgie very good. Better effort by a lot of players after Q1 but they just don't have Butters workrate. Thought Whitlock showed some real football smarts. Should not be traded under any circumstances. Berry showed a bit but small. We are too small.

One to go & that fraud better be gone for good.

Yes, we lost, but at least we didn’t roll over & meekly surrender this week. Given the circumstances, I thought the players gave their all after 1/4 time & that’s all you can ask for. Freo on the other hand had everything to play for, but barely fell over the line against an injury ravaged side.

AA was incredible all game
Wines rock solid
Butters was superb but petered out towards the end
Berry has something, certainly not a bust.
Lorenz had his moments, just needs to get fitter like a lot of his teammates.
We need more from Sinn
I can see the potential with Whitlock, but needs another 2 preseasons to get up to speed.
Moraes offered nothing as a sub
I owe Rozee an apology, he went in hard into a few contests tonight which is what a Captain needs to do. Kicked a clutch goal at the end, but we were running on fumes by then.
