Nope. We have made finals regardless with richmond winning who are sitting 8th on the same amount of points as us but less percentage. So unless we get thrashed by a lot, we play finals

I think you’re right. Would have to be 100+ points wouldn’t it? It’s a big percentage gap.

Best part is Richmond or Carlton* will miss the VFL finals which will potentially impact their AFL finals with keeping players match fit. It’s really a win-win for us.

If the dogs are well down the blues go into the senior match with a dead rubber. Perhaps they’ll hold some back and rest/roll the dice depending on where the dogs game sits?

Soooo many players battling to hold their list spot in this clash. Madgen, Chugg, Kelly and Poulter are on shaky ground. T. Brown may well have played his last game. Carmichael, C. Brown and Bianco are the three who I see as most likely to play finals that aren't in the R23 team.

That's a massive risk. The AFL is licking their lips at today's matches, knowing all have a bearing on the final ladder.
