Is he one that may be on the chopping block?End of this year.
Think so. He and Terlich the obvious two.Is he one that may be on the chopping block?
Crouch recruited as a 24 year oldCouch dominated at casey for a year, won our B&f convincingly and came second in the liston
Oh I rate ANB a lot higherCrouch recruited as a 24 year old
Neal Bullen only just 20
....
Can see similarities in games although think ANB has a little more class.
Smith played dev league last week on limited minutes after a few weeks out.Strange though. They normally do limited minutes in the seniors (viney, trac etc). The missus said she thinks he's the first "actual melbourne player" to play in development this season.
JKH has another year to go.End of this year.
I reckon Jones has already started slowing down Doc. He was pathetic last week. Started playing like a chip scab Gary Ablett I thought. He should be thriving this year now he's not the only mid opposition sides need to focus on. I've been really disappointed. It almost looks like he has the cue in the rack and is looking forward to Roos finishing up.ANB is a must keep for mine. He'll be coming into his prime just as Nathan Jones is slowing down in a couple of years![]()

It's just an opinion. I've been disappointed in his output this year. Going to be line ball whether he'll finish top 5 in the BnF. I reckon Gawn, Viney and Watts will finish ahead of him. Plus any of Hogan, Nev or TMAC could as well. I wonder if he's having any issues with his neck. I know he's said it is okay but players always do that in-season.That's a ridiculous over-reaction. He was really poor at the weekend but has played reasonably consistent, solid footy all year. Maybe not at his best, but for him, at a B+ level imo.

Grimes Terlich JKH Matt Jones and Michie are all gone
ANB, Dunn, Garland, Dawes will be avaliable for trade
'Actual Melbourne player' lol she wasn't including rookies or people who haven't played for usSmith played dev league last week on limited minutes after a few weeks out.
Fair enough, thought you meant anyone on the Melbourne list.'Actual Melbourne player' lol she wasn't including rookies or people who haven't played for us
Nah, she wasn't being disparaging, just separating blokes who play for Melbourne regularly from the ones who won't for a while or can't. She rates smith highly. As do I. For a kid from bball (even though he grew up with footy) he has a lot of footy smarts. Will be a decent player I reckon.Fair enough, thought you meant anyone on the Melbourne list.
