Roast The cost of membership packs

I wonder how much money the dogs lose by stuffing up the administration of the membership merchandise.

Over the last 10 years I've received multiple packs for the same membership on more than one occasion. I've got so many scarfs and hats at home it's not funny.

This year I opted to not receive the merch, and put the money back into the club. But yesterday, received my pack, and lo and behold it had all the merch in it!

Now it's probably only a few bucks per pack, but if I'm not the only one this is happening to, how many untold dollars is the club wasting?

They would produce thousands upon thousands of the scarves every year. I doubt sending one to each member would really effect anything. Particularly because they wouldn't want to have them remaining at the end of the year anyway
