depends if you want more enjoyment as a supporter in September or November. I know what I'd prefer.

The complete lack of noise surrounding Robertson leads me to think we're almost certainly sticking to well-established Freo tradition and picking him when everyone else thinks it'll be Serong or Stephens.

Because Jackson has already played in a successful team with Henry and Robertson.

The problem with a needs-based strategy using the draft is that AFL lists are becoming increasingly fluid. You're then trying to predict needs in three or four years time given player development time, which (as we've found over the past year or so in particular) can be radically different from the immediate ones.

Someone gets it I wish our recruiting team did these two better perform if Robertson turns out tough ball getting leader 200 game player I will constantly be reminding them on here.

Lovely. Just how it played out. Young is best available. But hope he’s not as flight risk. Another highly touted Victorian, with Cerra doesn’t give me confidence of ease
