Strong organisations can take in troubled young adults and have them leave in a better state than when they joined. They find a way to get the best out of them.

It appears Harleys problems have been more frequent and public since coming to the Fremantle football club.

It's worth noting the incidents of poor player behaviour that have occurred under the Ross Lyon run football departments.

Organisation failed in part (in reality, so did the AFL by not banning him for life a long time ago) so I partially agree with you but the overwhelming failure is his own.
