I was fine until later on I was sweating bullets one minute then shivering like crazy. The headache has been the worst part.

Yeah, don't panic old man those are common symptoms that won't last more than 2 days the arm will be sore for ages. I'm due for the boost on the 24th and my arm is still sore.
