If that's the case then this photograph would constitute a second strike where the AFL publicly name the player and they are banned for four games.

But the AFL has never broken a story of a player getting a second strike, ever. It means that the secret first strikes don't have a second event within four years of that first event... or the AFL doesn't care until it's in the media and it's embarrassed them into reacting and commenting.

So we will know if Bailey has one strike if he misses four games now. Which means he needs to keep his nose clean for the next four years or the next one is a 12 week suspension.
