Respectfully, AB is hardly the most intelligent bloke going around. Bloke only ever speaks in cliches.

Maybe not but he has cricket intelligence something most of the other Fox commentators don't have.

I'll listen to his opinion, cliches or not, ahead of the likes of Brendon Julian, Brett Lee and Brad Haddin.

Basically agree with these in both their quoted contexts. Usman was attacking, was scoring well. Was a good catch but was his first errant reverse sweep, was looking far more nervy with the straight bat to those tbh. Tough conditions, very talented and tough opposition used to those conditions, he did well.

Handscomb valuing his wicket very well here. Is a pleasure to watch.

Handscomb has slowed down as the wickets have fallen around him…just like the first test. He was actually scoring faster than kawajha in their partnership.

Handscomb brings up his 40 and now 40% on his way to 50.

I cant work out if I want to be happy we continue to show something, nervous we are about to throw it away or angry we should be in a better position regardless of how these two are going
So, standard fare watching an Australian overseas test then?
