We are undefeated against the Dees when Tom Morris is unemployed.
That's true. Ol' sexist pig Tommy's leaking of Ryan Gardner being out was the sole factor in a 93-point Grand Final turnaround.

did he. what did he do? A few uncontested marks after some horrific calls up the field like the non holding the balls of Bont and Garcia? Also, how about the number of marks that were paid when they didn't control it at all. It's so hard to beat the dogs when the umps are so biased. It's a tough watch too.
Only ******* you could rate Jackson at three first round picks on potential only whilst slagging off Jamarra.

I enjoy the chatter amongst most Dees fans on here but you are unbearable.

Why was he taking uncontested marks inside 50 😂

Correct and tonight is proof. Good game mate. Thank you for extending our pain for one more week.

They haven’t been paying highs all weekend. Didn’t pay a bunch to us. Gawn in the ruck? When he was tackled and didn’t get rid of it? Yeah they paid a few holding the balls each way tonight.
Idiots be idiots.
Visit specsavers sunshine.
focus on the Bont non call and the Garcia fend off non call. This was 2 of the most blatant 'let's get the dogs' across the line calls tonight. The better team didn't win tonight. Should've been a convincing 4-5 goal win without the completely inept umpiring.

Classic game. Well done both sides for putting on one of the best exhibitions of football for some time. My team plays both of these teams over the next fortnight and after witnessing a spectacle like that it makes me feel like we're overwhelming minnows.

Thought Treloar was possibly the player who did the most to keep the Bulldogs in touch, so especially great effort for the rest of the side to go on to win that with him on the bench.

The Viney one was not holding the ball yet got paid. Had a while to get rid of it but got a boot to it. Not consistent at all all night how it was officiated.
The inconsistency will inherently be there because there are three different field umpires.

I don't believe any umpires go out there and are consciously biased, however I've seen enough to be certain they are at least sub consciously (and maybe consciously in some cases) influenced by appeasing loud crowds, being lenient on star players, and being harsh on players who get a reputation for milking frees.

I can't recall ever seeing a player get away with as much as Bontempelli. It's really something else.

Why bother?

If we were good enough, we would have won. It was a great game and the Dogs were deserved winners.

And the 2 blatant holds that led to Melbourne kicking one right out of the centre in the third? Can we focus on that or nah?

Dogs too good in the last, ugle hagan some game. You need to be a 3+ goal better side to counteract the ride they get, but we know that's the case
A decade of tanking has given you guys a great midfield and some stars. Be happy. They’re entertaining.
The flip side of tanking is you’ve been trained to look for excuses when you lose.
It’s sad. It’s lazy.
You got beaten by the better team tonight.
Enjoy last year.

Dogs were on the end on some horrible calls. Dees rucks continually grabbing the ball from a boundary throw with incorrect disposal or HTB and not being penalised. The Johanneson HTB was a shocker, Garcia or West in the back and had his head ripped off and paid HTB. Johanneson smashed in the back of the head and no 50 metre penalty. May given a soft free on the boundary at a crucial time. The umpires continually favour the Dees and it’s sickening to watch as a neutral.. they don’t need any help, so don’t give it!

So pleased to see Gawn finally pinged in the last quarter and the dogs get up.

huh? what did Jamarra actually do? got some uncontested marks in the forward 50m after an umpire error?
Kicked five goals including a sealer from outside 50 on the boundary?

You’re not right mate. Even your fellow supporters are gracious. They know it means nothing in the grand scheme of things in terms of what’s happened in the past but good enough to wish us well. You’re a big old bucket of salt. The Cooper Grech of Melbourne.
