Terrible loss from Collingwood. From all reports on a bit of a lighter training load trying to improve their game day performances. Worrying, the wobbles may have started earlier then usual.

The Hawks selections smack of damage mitigation. They have brought in some experience/mature bodies (Scrimshaw, Morrison, Kosi). The problem is the ins are not great. Pies to bounce back hard.
Well, Hawks did lose to Collingwood last year by 4 points, and lost in the bubble season, but generally have done very well against them over the past decade or so.Kicking myself.
I knew Hawthorn have owned Collingwood the last few years but I still picked the pies.
Yes, we just can't do anything rightAre the Hawks still tanking?
Looks like the tagger is back! Seriously poor form from Collingwoods senior players to not put some heat on Maginness. Josh Daicos was the only one sticking up for his brother.
You forgot the extensive injury list of Finn Macrae and Charlie Dean.Clearly the Pies weren't trying because they're clear out on top and knew Port would lose. They've probably maintained their points from 1st to 2nd while improving their percentage, so their loss is really a win.
And something about the flu.
Which is very poor of them. Everyone knew Maginness was going to tag him. Mitchell even announced it days earlier.
To not put in blocks and just make body contact the get Daicos so space was very poor.
Perhaps been sipping their bath water too much.
Walking sticks available surely!!!Terrible loss from Collingwood. From all reports on a bit of a lighter training load trying to improve their game day performances. Worrying, the wobbles may have started earlier then usual.
dictionary... says here that IProbably have a spell mate
More a head-to-head than a tagDid the Hawks run two taggers? It looked like Ward was running with Josh Daicos as well for large stretches.
Exactly, the angle rockliff posted show it even more clearly. Wonderboy has got the limp technique down pat.
Surely an unbiased mrp wouldn't fine Merrett a few weeks ago and let Daicos off for that flop?
Their season was doomed from that moment
Imagine a bull like Tom green and daicos together in the same teamNick was getting pushed and shoved.
It's behoves other Pies players to defend each other. They were very slow in intervening. Some may say hesitant. Others may say averse.
That is the main takeaway from that little scuffle.
Having a large group of young inconsistent players, they’ve all had a bad game at the same time, or they all have had a good game in the same game.It must be frustrating for Hawthorn fans - you can do this to Collingwood and Brisbane, yet lose to Gold Coast by 11 goals.
Love Tom. Knew his grand dad back in the day, also a star. Need all types. Pies need to protect young Nick more imo.Imagine a bull like Tom green and daicos together in the same team
Ward just went head to head with him and took the points.Did the Hawks run two taggers? It looked like Ward was running with Josh Daicos as well for large stretches.
I dont want to kick a bloke when he's just been injured, but Jeeze Daicos goes to water when you apply a little heat to him.
He doesnt like the physical s**t. That's 2 weeks in a row now.
