NZC really need to find some fast bowlers, there's a real dearth of them in our current setup.

Really need better talent programs to identify these bowlers and develop them rather than losing them to rugby, league or athletics.

It's remarkable we only have one decent 140kph bowler while Aus have half a dozen at their disposal (a lot of whom are world class).

Why are people all of a sudden deluding themselves into thinking Warner is a quality? The guy is bog average away from home.

A lot of players struggle overseas (look at Kohli's average in England), good thing next Summer series will be against England and then India. At this rate, Labs will go infront of Warner as the 2nd best batter after Smith by this time next year.

I'd disagree. It can still be a good pitch that NZ just aren't suited for. A bad pitch would be if we make 400+, NZ make 400+ and it goes to the 5th day still in the 3rd innings. A fit Boult would have been an absolute handful out there today, particularly early on.
