Seems he's considering putting Johnson more inside and bringing in Henry
To be honest watching the Subiaco and Peel game that might make more sense than people might think. Henry was very clean with the ball in hand in the wet and very creative numerous times. He could potentially be a wet weather specialist.

I'm excited to see what Johnson can do playing more inside and onball. I'll tip a breakout game and over 20 possessions. Meanwhile I'm looking forward to watching us in the wet without Lobb or Tabs in the team. We could potentially be a ton better than last season in the rain in terms of our forwardline.

Is it true it’s going to rain in Perth on Saturday?

The O'Meara suspension came at a real crummy time.

Nervous about this one
It could potentially have come at a good time if we get the win. O'Meara plays a very physically demanding role in the team so him having two weeks off could help him freshen up for upcoming games. It will also be a positive to see how Johnson goes if as expected he gets more game time onball.

Is this legit? Pretty big rap.

Yes, the club were extremely impressed with Johnson when he was training prior to his foot injury last year. I heard him rated as the most talented of the three of Amiss, Erasmus and Johnson.

Out: Darcy (inj), O'Meara (sus), Sturt
In: Erasmus, Henry, Walters (sub)

They brought Walters back as a sub earlier in the year as well as doing it more recently with Fyfe. Chances are they'll do it again.

They brought Walters back as sub after spending a fair portion of the pre season injured. On this occasion it's been two weeks.

I'd be shocked if he's sub.

how much of a drop off would he be from what were getting from NOD or Aish atm anyway? Aish has had some poor moments this season and certainly hasnt impacted games massively, NOD still finding his feet and happy to persist with him as weve seen what he can produce there., but its not like wed be going from A+ performances on the wing to a C- you

This will be our biggest W of the year.

It didn't happen in the session, or not the first time anyway. He pulled up from a contest late in the Peel game on the weekend after tweaking it. It didn't look too serious and he re-strapped, jabbed (probably) and got back out there but it was bad enough to still be with him this week for sure. You can often train through them with a bit of TLC so I'm guessing they tried and he may have copped some pain from it. It's a shame for him but it won't keep him out long based on what I saw on the weekend.
