No worries. i suspect there's a few other smokers here so yell out if you get stuck... a decent sized leg of lamb would need at least 6 hours at a minimum of 100c... maybe 8 hours... i cant recall how long a boned leg took me last time.. if you use a spike thermometer you dont usually get into trouble.... the trick is to get the first hour or so to set it up properly..

The only footy media worth listening to/reading is those with no ties to the AFL, eg Rohan Connolly/Finey, ESPN etc

There was never any doubt, but its good to get confirmation. Unfortunately this is the way so called news get delivered to us these days in all facets of our lives. There is an agenda and reporting is more a marketing campaign.

I think people are now beginning to realise why I have no time for football media. Way too much personal agenda for my liking. The AFL want the game reported in a way which suits them, and that's just plain wrong.
