Like i knew all along, even with the dismall season and poor list we have, richmound is the worst side in the league by far...Good luck Terry Wallace you will need it... Would have loved pick one in both drafts but not going to happen unless richmound beat sydney, ( no chance).
On a another note it seems as though luke hodge has coome of age, with some best on grounds lately.. as i havent seen a game for a while is he starting to blossom more like a number 1 draft pick? Where is he being played on the field?

Finally in the middle where he has been post-Schwab. To all the Richmond supporters, Hodge yesterday really looked like he wanted to play for your rabble. I've heard crap like he is dismayed about how the Hawks are going at the moment and he was a lifelong perennial loser supporter and despartately wanted to put on a skirt and prance around pretending to play AFL like the rest of your players. If the tigers think we are a rabble then they should have a look at their passed 13 rounds!

Also I think McDonald would be shortening to get the gig next year. Seems to have the players playing with renewed passion.

Hodgey's second half of the year is a firm step in the direction we want him to take as a senior player. He's certainly not there yet, but he's getting closer.

But, IMHO, only 10% of that is actually attributed to him, the rest is the change in coach. No longer is our brightest light wallowing the game away at any combination of full forward, forward pocket, centre-half forward, the bench, back flank, full back etc etc. Pretty simple really.

Not likely!!!!!!!.

Soup Kitchen Frawley endorsed him in an interview yesterday which will be the worse thing for Donalds chances. He might aswell burn his power point presentation now.

At least soup kitchen is avoiding things he doesnt know about such as what went wrong on the ground.

You'd be putting Crawf in the middle mate. Crawf, Mitchell and Vanders likely, but at least we know Hodge can be rotated there or possibly start over Vanders. With Smith able to play in the middle as well, leaves a pretty solid midfield.

Yes.

There will be plenty of room. Every other side has at least five or six quality players rotating through the midfield in an 'attacking' basis. (ie. not including run with players) We have Crawf, Mitchell, Ries (as backup to Mitch), Vanders and Lekkas. That's it. Thankfully, Bateman and Hodge have both shown they are ready to step into the midfield.

Also, with Crawf and Lekkas getting older there's been more of an indication that they'll play more of a forward role anyway.

Plenty of impending midfield time for Hodgey and i can't wait. :D

He probably doesn't have the fitness to play their say 80-90% of the game, but i would be happy if he say spends half of each qtr in the middle then rest on the bench/pocket depending on the game.
