Questions need to be asked, been at the club a long time and we’ve had a lot of talent come and go. We’ve still got a lot on the list that are treading water.

We’ll have more coming in this year and this is one of the first areas that needs to be addressed post season
Great to ask questions but think we are jumping the shark a bit here. It's still early days on our rebuild, turned over 20 odd players in the last 18 months. Just from yesterday guys like Taylor and Xerri have come on in leaps and bounds, and we have some 19/20 year olds working their way through the 2nd year blues. The biggest issue i thought H10 from our players were on display yesterday and that was we just aren't fit enough across the board and that has been an area of focus for the club. Unfortunately we can't fix the fitness overnight, but they will get better and it will do wonders for our performance and the young guys development. Patience

Bad habits + not enough fundamental training + relying on cunners to hold our midfield = s**t house.

I like how the recent draftees are tracking though. The VFL was great to watch.

Brown has been in a development role for a long time, it’s time for change.

Must be hard to have any consistent development of players with three different coaches in as many seasons.

However lets look at players ...

2016 - Larkey and Zurhaar. Maybe even Jy considering no one thought he was a clearance mid when we drafted him. Dec Watson and Josh Williams - X.
2017 - Xerri and even Hayden (poor kicking sometimes otherwise good, wonder if his kicking is because of the achilles). LDU - ? but will probably be a success. WW - cruelled by injury.
2018 - Taylor, Scott. Considering the other instability they are developing okay. Need weight on them tho. TT - Gun.
2019 - Mahony, Perez, Comben and McGuiness. All looking good, only injury will make them development failures. (Considering where he came from even McGuiness is developing well.)

Everything else is too close to remotely judge. WE've also brought in less talented players from other clubs - Atu and Young for example. Neither were top line players to start with but they are improving.

And this is all during a period where the instability in the footy department has matched the instability in the admin from the relocation years.
