Awful game though. A few VFL teams would have touched both teams up.

I’m not gonna sugar coat it.
Probably the worst standard game I’ve sat through the entirety of.

But our back 6 I thought were incredible, there’s no doubt miller is now our best key defender, was flawless tonight, likewise young, wow what a game from him after so long out of afl. Vlaustin as always (250 great games) banks and short great drive out of the back and a goal each.

Great to get another win even if it was played in the threshold of hell

I understand Sonsie was poor and maybe even cost us two of their four goals with his efforts.

Nonetheless, it was tough seeing him crying on the boundary when he was subbed. He clearly wants to be better, stronger, harder, etc, but it may not be in him. He was a massive tiger supporter in his youth so between this and the fact that he looked our best prospect the first two years out of that (Clark, Brown, Banks, Sonsie) draft, it probably hits twice as hard for the young man.

Faull is doing great things. Will be a gun once he gains a bit more size and confidence + better midfielders kicking to him

Great win when you think about it.
Faull. How good is this for his development.
Kicked a great goal when needed and would have started the game thinking he was still just the understudy with Kozi in the team, but would have come to the realisation that Kozi is a massive spud and that he can be the main man himself.
Taj's debut. Didn't get it a lot, but when he did, Wowee!!
MRJ still a bit patchy but is showing a lot in those patches.
Miller didn't do much wrong and the forgotten man Tylar Young looked just as good in his first game for the year.
