Honestly felt like a loss.

Miller, Young, Brown, Banks, Short, Vlastuin all very good in defence.

Premierships are won by teams who are elite in defence. We kept a team to a single goal in 3/4. If your defence is sh*te you go nowhere (ie Roos 6-years into their rebuild).

So a terrible game to watch, but I saw the bones of a flag defence … and we didn’t have Balta, Gray or Gibcus.

When he was a rising star judge, he was asked about a Richmond player and his quote was 'Never watch Richmond because I hate them'.

I hope he was turfed as a judge by the AFL after that comment. It showed a bias against one team (that we at least know of) and he could not be fair or impartial.

I was sitting up the Punt Rd end. Ben Miller and Tyler Young were great all night. Taj Hotton, oh yeah, we got a beauty there. Last qtr when we were under the pump some of Tom Browns kicks under immense pressure on the last line of defence were elite. He's got a high footy IQ. Special mention Jonty Faull. Competed hard all night and clutch goal sealed it. Go Tiges.

Saved by the backline tonight, thats basically all that was in it. Miller & Young were phenomenal, Vlas was Vlas, Short had a fantastic return, Banks, Broad & Brown were ever reliable. Shoutout to Nank & Taranto too.
