Pick 10: Chris Judd

Had my eye on him from the start and thought that he might get overlooked til my first pick. Hardly a more consistent player going around and despite suffering from having to carry a whole footy club on his back somewhat, he should have another blinder of a year.

Pick 11: Matthew Pavlich

Stoked Pav got through, I don't know how but I had forgotten about Judd :)

EDIT: Don't mind me.

So we've hit round 2 now, can we get this rolling through a bit quicker? The other draft indie and I are involved in is starting to run like clockwork.

Tbh, I don't know if the people here are online enough and now that I have school there is no way I can run it. Someone else has to run it.:(

I'm happy to run it, if you like. I don't start back at Uni for another month, so I have the free time now.

It's your pick now, by the way. ;)

I'm happy to help run it too, basically the way the other one has been done is, once everyone is aware of what is going to happen, we start setting time limits for each day that everyone must have their pick in for. If they won't be on or don't think they will be, they can PM someone a list of preferences, basically as many names as there are picks before their next one, in the order they would want them picked. That way even if they aren't on we can cruise through. If someone misses their pick, they get bumped to the end of the round, and then to the end of the day. If they still miss their pick, they forfeit their pick for that round, and repetition may see them booted from the draft.

Good ideas, Stat.

If you guys are up to it by all means go ahead.

Anyway my pick.

Pick 15

Brian Lake

The best fullback in the league will be a perfect anchor for my defence. He is consistently able to outmark his opponent and provide rebound as well. Is one of the most feared defenders in the league and can shut down any KPF.

I've got 2 guys in my sights for my next pick, hoping that scary doesn't take either one of them so I can have a choice, though I'd be happy with either.

well indieswan took pendlebury who i was going to take next.

so i might as well go for a young key forward:

Yeah this pick was either Riewoldt or Frawley, happy with Frawley.

Pick 19: Jonathan Brown

At full fitness, I would take him over any forward whose name isn't Buddy. Can dominate a game, can win games off his own boot and is one of the best leaders going around. A steal at 19.
