Supporting the Eagles keeps you fit The Zumba of the NFL.
go on...Maybe but I don't think so. Thought maybe the eagles success. But something that drives people away usually has to involve behind the scenes flare ups imo. Like when I had a meltdown with Chief etc.
Simpsons was after encouragement award I'm pretty sure.Years before the EA, we had a similar thing. Posting what Simpsons characters other posters would be. And years before that even, what type of keyboard warriors, or something. Very old threads. I thoroughly enjoyed them but there are always people who get rubbed the wrong way. Either spat in public or tell me off in PM and never return. Or just not return. Sometimes people have drunken rants seeking attention. Or even start a thread directly about themselves or against another poster, more attention wanted.
I love it all. Smart football talk done respectfully, as well as cbalanced out with crazy s**t that happens. Life would be dull otherwise.
#encouragementawardI'm gonna go.....first OLman to win the SB MVP. Lane Johnson.

Manning is obviously the best QB ever. No one player in the history of the NFL did more for their team than Manning did.
Do such stats even matter anymore when you're going against Brady and Belichick (and officials)? They seem to defy everything.

Brady never won his team a Super Bowl. The most you can do for your team is win them a SB.
So using your own reasoning Brady is the best QB ever.
Well done!
Brady never won his team a Super Bowl.
No QB has ever
Scoring more points than the opposition is directly linked to the defense in this sport.Of course he did. In order to win a SB you need to score more points than the opposition. The scoring of points is directly linked to the QB in this sport.

2/3 times. Except for the Seattle one. Pats D was better than Atlanta's and Philadelphia's in those 2 wins.Absolutely not.
You can have a great defence play great defence and still get beaten because the opposing QB just makes plays that give the defence no chance despite their high level of play.
The Jags defence wasn't bad, in fact they were very good, Brady just put a lot of balls in places where it made it hard for the defenders to defend.
When in the last 3 SB wins for Brady was the Pats D rated the best D of the two teams?

Against Seattle the Pats D gave up 0 points in the last 20 minutes of the game. That's just as important as Brady putting together two TD drives. Not to mention that the Seattle D was wrecked by injuries. The Pats D made the biggest play of the game to win it.
Put Brady on the Packers last season in the NFCCG. Would he make that comeback from down 24 to win like he did from down 25 to win the Super Bowl? Obviously not. The Packers D gave up 20 points from that point onwards. The Patriots D gave up 0.
Rodgers still put up 21 points in the Falcons home stadium. His effort in the 2nd half of that game was just as good as Brady's in the Super Bowl comeback yet it won't get remembered because his team and defense is s**t compared to Brady's
