Makes our VFL team uncompetitive though which affects the development of our kids

Too many old blokes also stifle development. I think good coaching is more important than old mature players.

Captain Jack probably our greatest VFL listed player since we became a standalone VFL side. Both in games and consistency of effort.

Hope the club gives him some acknowledgement at one of the home VFL games this season

That be Fantastic to Finally have Video Stream of the VFL Games. The NEAFL did that

I would be in heaven if they stream all VFL games. I love the VFL every season, but watching the 2019 and 2020 draft class develop this year will be especially exciting.
