Strikers will need to pull off a miracle tonight after flying from one side of the country to the other with very little break in between matches. Then if they win again tonight, they will need to back it up again in short period for the final in Sydney. It would be one of the all time sporting results if they can pull this off.

Heat went Sydney > Melbourne > Sydney > Perth last BBL finals and fell just short of winning the whole thing

No reason for the Strikers to not go full spin mode again, it's their best chance of winning

Both batting lineups are weak/lack depth, but the Strikers have the MVP and Weatherald who has found strong form recently.

Heat to me seem to have the better bowling attack.

It comes down to can the Heat dismiss Short/Weatherald for cheap in which case I can't see the Strikers making over 145 which wouldn't be enough.

I'm going to gamble on the team with the best individual player out there in Mat Short delivering and the Strikers win, but it's a genuine tough game to pick with both sides weakened.

Kelly at 4, Manentti at 6, it has to be one of the shallowest line ups we've seen. It's the top 3 then it's basically nothing, but if they bowl well they may not need to chase much and the top 3 might get them enough for the others to only need to chip in minimal.
