You say that but we have beaten every team to play us with 3 190cm+ forwards. Only West Coast of those teams caused any concern

Think we’re agreeing but just have different solutions. We will get slammed by a team with 3 talls, whether we have Gardner, Cordy, Young as the second key. So we may as well get slammed with a smaller backline and thus be more of a counter-attacking threat. I’m not saying this is a long-term model. What I’m suggesting is we need to make the most out of what we have at our disposal. A key defender in the trade period would be ideal. But that’s after this season is completed and to get the most out of this season, I believe the best course of action is to accept we will be beaten in that facet of the game by certain teams, and try to use this weakness to improve other areas of the game.
