The entire team should be sent home immediately and the series awarded to SA and Smith should be sacked or man up and resign. Fancy putting the newest member of the team in that situation and good on him for owning it

Can’t see how he can remain in the position. I’d assume Warner is part of the leadership group that was in the know about this s**t, so he has to go to. Not sure who that leaves to captain, maybe bring Bailey in as an interim.
