It would be interesting if Geelong got to pick 6 and there is a draftee they wanted but didn't think they could get, would they really want to use that pick on CameronOr we take him at 6 in the draft. Game glitch. lulz

Mate, whatever drugs you took to make you think that Elliott is on anywhere close to $750k, I’ll take some. If Brisbane were offering that kind of coin to him we’d have let him walk and taken the band 1 compo. This is not bay13 Muchacho.
Not saying Jezza to Pies can't happen, but as I say with Grundy on a mega 7 year super deal and Jaimie Elliott re-signing for a few more years at roughly 750 K P/A, and with Dr Goey and Moore yet to ink new (big) deals, I cannot see how The Pies can fit in Jezza.
Plus we have sung the same song many times over the years, top 3/5 players linked to Collingwood (Plugger, Judd, Tom Lynch etc), how many times have the Pies being successful in getting a super star to the club ?
You guys got badly burnt 2 years ago saying Tom Lynch was over the line at Collingwood.
If Jezza to Pies happens, good luck, but the arrogant mindset of a lot of you Pies fans is why so many neutrals cannot stand Collingwood.
If you honestly think we’re paying 33 players only around an average of $175k, there’s something wrong. That's a fair point, but it doesn't change the cumulative totals across the duration. If Cameron is there for 5 years, then it will still come out the same at the end of that 5 years. We're also talking about only 175K per player out of your remaining 33...no matter how you slice it, there won't be enough cap room over the next 5 years to fit everyone in, plus Cameron
Even the 175k figure is somewhat possible. If you honestly think we’re paying 33 players only around an average of $175k, there’s something wrong.
The simple logic is that your numbers are completely off, and you should stop making guesses about Collingwood player salaries and disguising them as fact.
Maybe in Zimbabwe dollarsMate, whatever drugs you took to make you think that Elliott is on anywhere close to $750k, I’ll take some. If Brisbane were offering that kind of coin to him we’d have let him walk and taken the band 1 compo.
Essendon. So if Cameron leaves, who is the favourite to get him? Geelong? Presumably they wouldn't throw massive money at him? If not Geelong, would it be Brisbane?
Would Essendon appeal to him as a mid-ladder side? Are they going to pay massive overs? They're going to have to offer 5 million over 5-6 years you'd think?Essendon.

Why would he bother moving interstate when he is already on 1 million+ at the giants.
After the season he's had, 1 million per season is generous. But maybe it's not exclusively about the cash and he knows he'll be well-paid anywhere he goes.More

I'd say 5 million over 5 years is overpaying. He was amazing in 2019 but he didn't set the world on fire in 2017-18. So one big year out of four. Who's offering him more than 5 million over 5 years?a club will overpay for him.
Maybe because he was already leaning towards leaving and his salary has now gone towards paying the likes of Toby Green, Coniglio and Whitfield?
I said maybe.Was he now?
Only reason he goes is Giants’s won’t match offers that are out there
Perhaps the best question is why is anyone paying this guy $1M to play. This year hasn’t been a great advertisement for him.
Williams and Corr gone.... means Cameron stays.

Only Geelong are a chance.
This is Jeremy Cameron we are talking about...
why only Geelong?
