Just admit it, you miss the Thursday Night meltdowns from previous years. These sensible selections are super freaky

Yeah, probably was a bit of a scattered post. Best to think a little more before posting after a beer or two too many. Hopefully I learn. It was a bit scatter gun. Crouch out because he's not part of a future flag, but Tex stays in?
It would be fine if these changes were being suggested because they thought it would improve our chances of playing finals. They seemed to be saying the season is dead and let's look at the depth.
Putting the season in the bin when we are 4-2 is a little strange.
Freo are probably in the same boat.Yeah, probably was a bit of a scattered post. Best to think a little more before posting after a beer or two too many. Hopefully I learn.
That said, I believe the Crows will have depth when the likes of ROB, Crouch, Milera and maybe Laird are playing SANFL cause they can't get a game due to the likes of Edwards and Bond, etc are playing better. Until they get consistent game time at AFL level they are an unknown and may be no better than Murphy - better than SANFL level but not good enough for AFL. Tex's form dictates he has to be picked, I wouldn't say the same for Milera, Crouch and ROB.
Lastly, Crows have done this to us every time. Just when you think they are turning a corner, they go and lose the games they should win to be considered finals worthy. Until proven otherwise, my expectation is that they will lose against Fremantle tomorrow - regardless of what team they field.
Beat Freo and then Port, then I will start to believe this year might be different.
Looks like they are using a lottery rather than form for emergenciesAnd Brayden Cook, of all people, also makes it onto the emergency list.
I think this guy would be preferred than the Smurf by mostJust admit it, you miss the Thursday Night meltdowns from previous years.

Yep, go the sub pathway and it will help to keep him fresher this week and with an eye to next weekYeah makes sense
Still would’ve given Draper a spell but I’m fine with keeping on going with him. Sub maybe?
How big is Curtins rooster compared to Fogs rooster?Uhhh ... you wanna re-phrase that ?
How big is Curtins rooster compared to Fogs rooster?
Might be alone here, but I went to the SANFL game last week and thought Cook actually looked pretty decent. Wasnt a high stat game, but certainly noticeable ( in a good way). Surprised Edwards not an emergency after his efforts, but sensible selections over all..And Brayden Cook, of all people, also makes it onto the emergency list.
I think they mix it around a bit on purpose TBH.Looks like they are using a lottery rather than form for emergencies![]()

Dawson....But who will take the 4th tall role?
Yes, we would all like a 26 year old Max Gawn but is there a stand out ruckman in his mid 20s who would be a match winner? If yes, would you be willing to pay the $1.5M a year? No one on this Board was interested in Grundy at $1M a year.I think there's a little more to clearances than just the ruckman and hitouts won. Scores won and conceded matter more than hitouts.
So likely Taylor & Draper involved in sub on/off.Taylor, Hinge, Curtin, Draper, Peatling on the bench
Narkle getting another AFL gig is staggering. I know he's close with Bolton, but still. For the Doctors:
In Corey Wagner, Heath Chapman, Quinton Narkle
Out James Aish, Jaeger O'Meara, Bailey Banfield
"Rooster", huh?How big is Curtins rooster compared to Fogs rooster?
Yep it’s the girth that matters"Rooster", huh?![]()
Someone posted above that there's only a few cms in it, but a fair bit of a weight difference ...
Or Tex after he’s kicked his 10th late in the 3rd.So likely Taylor & Draper involved in sub on/off.
That's a bit of a stretch ...Yep it’s the girth that matters
I could live with that...Or Tex after he’s kicked his 10th late in the 3rd.
