We really need to bring in Walker and send Wags back to the midfield where he played his best games for us last season. Drop Scerri if we need to. He is being wasted down in the backline.

I have no idea what the changes will be, I can see Darcy maybe being rested? Scerri is probably the one most likely to get dropped if there is an omission, otherwise go unchanged again.

There’s a number of players who I think should be on the chopping block but we’ve had just one unforced changed in the first 4 games so there’s no point discussing because it’s not gonna happen.

Really risking Jackson getting fatigued and injured.

Just play Cox, get Darcy playing 70-80% WAFL time and build fitness.

Also, JOM. Why play this guy? Won’t be dropped, has so many opportunities. What does he has that Sharp, Murray, NOD haven’t? Don’t get it.

Scerri needs a rest soemwhere. Switta should be on the chopping block if it wasn’t for lack of experienced small depth.

Worner and McVee aren’t consistent enough and one has to go for more run- Walker Simpson.

As someone who never noticed him when he played for Dees, I have no reference point beyond what I’ve seen this season.

And so far, what I can see, is a guy that has no elite attributes to his game whatsoever.

Legitimately not one.

I thought he actually got into good spots and read the play well finally a couple of times today - only to undo it with his ball use.

He also has bad football IQ evidenced with some of the snap decisions he's made a bunch now. Like tonight, guy really toepoked a ball toward 3 Crows players circling outside a contest that ended up in them scoring a goal.

I don't like making changes to a winning side but we should try to make small incremental improvements when we can. We need to get Wags back into the middle. To do that we need to bring in a defender to release him from the backline. I think one of Walker or Simpson for Scerri is the right call. He only had 6 disp this game.
