Suns are the team to beat imo

They seem so far ahead of everyone else, even with their main 3 all missing big stretches of games at various points. They also beat the Bucks by 25 when both were at full health (Bucks missed Lopez but that's it).

The no 1 seed is almost a poisoned chalice though, no one wants to play Brooklyn in the first round

We already have that award, it's called the MVP. The ballots will be exactly the same, making All-NBA pointless.

Philly v Suns - Finals preview?
LAL v NO - Loser could be in trouble.
Warriors v Wiz - Probably Warriors best chance of a win without Steph. Lose and we'll likely end up 4th or 5th seed.
Dallas v Utah - Winner probably gets minimum of 4th seed.
Char v Nets - Last chance for the Hornets to make a run at the 8th seed.
Minny v Boston - Minny's trying to get the 6th seed. Boston looking at the 1st seed.

Not true at all. MVP votes doesn't always reflect 1st team. MVP is different to best.

Chris Paul finished higher than Luka in the MVP, but Luka was picked in the 1st team over him.

There's been years where DPOTY doesn't even get in the all defensive 1st team.

This is true and isn't really debatable. Can not believe the lack of hype around them, at this point any team other than the Suns winning should be considered a large upset. They are not at Warriors with KD level favourites but they should be heavy favourites.

Clearly by far the best team in the NBA.

+1 to that the Suns should be comfortable favs. They're going to win 65 games ffs and finish 10 games better off than the next team.
