The 'Cheese-grater' was in fine form. Pickett's 6 touch first half was phlegm-rattling excitement.Who did we piss off to get this woman commentating our game? Super annoying.
Imagine subbing your second ruckman off the ground when the games up for grabs and handing your opposition ascendancy in the middle of the ground.Imagine not having the ability to prevent Melksham from kicking five.
Clarko. Defensive genius.

Midfield too short, without LDU our mids are all under 185cms. We came up against bigger, stronger midfield unit and they became more influential as the game progressed.Midfield far too Vanilla to compete for 4 quarters.
Our midfield was generally shit for the first half, outside of Kerch. Against mediocre opposition, you just can’t give up the first half midfield battle and expect to be on the contest.Had another servicable game. That one smothered handball was a stinker. But Jys game was completely shit, so Jy should be making way for incoming players.. but wont.
Not sure if a midfield containing Gawn, Petracca and Pickett can be classified as mediocre lol. We were given a pasting, but it wasn't because our midfield opponents had an uncharacteristic dayOur midfield was generally shit for the first half, outside of Kerch. Jy, Powell and Sheezel really not sighted in the first half. It was list then and there.

The same three categories you could tick for Ed Richards but …. CricketsCareless, high, severe .. 3 weeks
I don’t care who the opposition is. I expect professional midfielders to be -outside of McKercher- playing football, not hide-and-go-seek.You are talking about a premiership midfield plus Kosy. All with a midfield that didn't have one player that can run the 100m in under 22 minutes.
Same as Merrett hitting Blakey earlier this year but deemed to be playing the ball. The same three categories you could tick for Ed Richards but …. Crickets
The opposition team is mediocre. We had a massive opportunity to leap frog three teams today, and choked. Mainly because a bunch of our experienced or highly rated younger players were unsighted when the game was on the line. Not sure if a midfield containing Gawn, Petracca and Pickett can be classified as mediocre lol. Tend to agree. Our only hope now is someone at AFL hq decides to step in .
They weren’t unsighted, they were the ones turning it over under no pressure. The opposition team is mediocre. We had a massive opportunity to leap frog three teams today, and choked. Xerri flogged Gawn that game, big difference. Not buying the midfield excuse.
This is the same midfield (besides LDU) that did a number on this mob in round 2.
We were dominating in parts of the game too. Shithouse effort.
He going to get 3 weeks. Similar to Scrimshaw. Any more and it's the north tax.I’ll be astounded if he’s not.
It wasn’t malicious. But he plays for North and he inadvertently knocked a player out cold with his arm.
If you were expecting to leapfrog anyone today, you don't know NorthThe opposition team is mediocre. We had a massive opportunity to leap frog three teams today, and choked. Mainly because a bunch of our experienced or highly rated younger players were unsighted when the game was on the line.
Spewing we lost that. If we’d won & Stk lost, we could’ve been 14th!!!! Imagine that. I dared to dream.
Oh well, now we need to hold on to 16th.
The only winnable game is Rich in Tassie.
If they beat us, bottom two for 6 consecutive years. But I’m ok with that. The club has assured us we’re on the right path. We know we have the talent. Just gotta keep pumping games into the kids and maybe land another 2 or 3 shlt truck discards, and it’ll turn.
Thanks to everyone at NMFC for all your hard work having us in this position. It’s much appreciated.
