Are those stats in comparison with other Ruckmen? I.e. is the ‘average’ provided, the average stats of other Ruckmen?

hit outs to advantage?

Solid stats which suggest he should be kept in the side from now on.

Did some stuff a lot of ruckman are allergic too.
Elite in one percenters, spoils and above average for tackles.

Another 7 hit outs to advantage, only played 70% game time when he can get that to 90% we will have a genuine A grade ruckmen for the first time in two decades.

Riley O'Brien won a hitout at 32% of ruck contests he attended last night. He's only done worse than that twice in his short career.

Once against Naitanui last year and once against Grundy in 2019.

This was actually a worse return than Mitch Lewis, who had 2 Hitouts from his 6 ruck contests :p

His tap work for a young ruck in his fourth senior game is just phenomenal. To become an elite ruck in the next couple of years he will need to work on his fitness base, to allow him to compete with the Grundy's and the Gawn's over the whole game, and he needs to find a way to stay involved in the game when not near a ruck contest.

The big noodle needs to bulk up from vermicelli to udon so he can start to clunk those marks. Get him on the BB diet and should see him dominate in the 2-3 years.

Ruckwork is the best I've seen in a Hawthorn jumper since Big Maxy.

Spot on. The only glaring weakness (early days) is his ability to take a grab. If he masters this over time look out!

Media can't help but froth over Draped with zero mention of Reeves, not much separates the two View attachment 1206861
Couple of key differences from a media perspective though:
Reeves hasn't had another team offer a silly amount for him in a trade (Saints offered Dons a first for him iirc)
Reeves isn't our prime ruckman yet
Draper has a silly haircut and is a much bulkier boy

Next year I can imagine Reeves getting a fair bit more attention so long as he starts getting more games
