I would usually tee off as you would prefer an ex-head coach or something up and coming in the coaching world but he seems to be a hard worker and in the NFL, you can start from the bottom and work your way up.

Hopefully he brings a winning culture to the young guys.

just highlights the fact we cant attract any decent assistants, wont be long before we are hiring from div 1 amateur league
