Player Watch Pick #53 (2022) - Tom Scully

He doesn’t look one dimensional in that footage at all. Does a bit of everything.
Highlights can be deceiving though.

Get a video of Messi’s lowlights, and he would look awful. My highlights maybe could make me look respectable.

The main point here is that we weren’t afraid of going tall again. Were all the flashy flankers gone by then?

Reminds me of Kurt Tippett but happy to be at the club that drafted him.

Was reading somewhere he could possibly grow to 207cms. With his hands oh boy
big hand GIF

For a big man he moves awfully well. He doesn't look to be one of those bean poles who will be a slow and cumbersome lumberjack - his frame suggests he could have Hawkins type size, though I wonder if given his height he might fill out a bit more like Joe Daniher.

Either way I look forward to seeing his development in the coming years.

You could be forgiven for thinking he kicked most of his goals because he is so much taller then most of his opponents at that age.
But that's not the case very good on the lead and surprising good at ground level.
These are the type of players you should be picking late in the draft and is great we are looking to future really happy with this kid.
