Well the problem with DGB is that he's an idiot. No brains there, multiple off-field indiscretions, takes a shitload for you to get kicked off a team at the college level, which is what happened to him. Has all the talent in the world, and the frame as well. If he wasn't such a dickhead he would've been able to play in 2014, and who knows what he would've done. He could've easily won the Biletnikoff award had he played this year, but we will never know. I see him as a Josh Gordon type. Loads of talent, just can't stay out of controversy off the field.
In terms of his physical attributes (save for his 40 yard dash time), he compares reasonably well with Calvin Johnson.
My prediction is that he'll probably go late first round to a WR-needy team like the Chiefs who need a player with his talents. Going to a team with a veteran head coach and a veteran QB (regardless of what people may think about Smith's actual talent as a QB) is probably the best landing spot for someone like DGB. If he slips past the Chiefs, I wouldn't be surprised if the Patriots select him. They're not shy about signing players with checkered pasts (Hernandez, Moss, Haynesworth as three recent examples) and matching Green-Beckham with Brady and Gronk would make the offence very scary (all due respect to Edelman, Lafell and Amendola).
