Goater might be the worst kick of the footy I've seen at AGL level.
He might go alright if he just slowed down that last metre or stopped trying to kick the leather off the ball.

His problem is he is too slow of foot and mind for the speed of AFL. Especially the speed that Mitchell wants to play.
He's way too good for VFL level though.

Weirdly he's not that bad a kick. Last couple of weeks have seen him kick some absolute shanks though.

Agree it was dumb, but needs to be a fine. Contact made to his chest, uet Larkey threw his head back harder than JFK who copped a bullet to the head..
The dangerous tackle call was just as bad.
