What's not worth it? I don't get it. A few extra months delay to his comeback wont alter the chance of reinjuring it. The bloke has 3-5 years of his career left and has a chance to play finals right now. If we are worried about him coming in and not contributing then I'd encourage people to look at our current centre square debacle. NicNat playing even half of each quarter running around at 70% fitness... if he's tapping to Priddis, Sheed, Shuey and Mitchell it will turn our whole midfield dynamic on its head.

I think about how great it would be to see Nic this year and to see a potential Nick Nat to Mitch connection.... if only for one game.

But no keep him on ice, play someone that is fully fit.

2 of our big weaknesses in clearances and the knock on effect inside 50s would be helped with natanui returning
Our other weakness in 4th 1/4 fadeouts would suffer more .

Could we just use him for centre bounces and then stick him in the goal square ? Vardy could then ruck around the ground and natanui do the Inside 50 Rucking .
Petrie plays as a hard running CHF

Coming into finals he adds a bit of the X factor we've been missing.
Our ball movement out of defence has been very predictable going down the line to a contest. Last time we played them Ryder picked us off all game using this tactic. Nic Nat would be useful even playing 60% time on ground in this area

Hard as f*cking rock watching that

Only thing it missed was what actually makes him so great - and that is his hitouts to advantage - and the bull work around the stoppage

The speccy s**t is merely cream on the cake.

Nah half our problem with the fadeouts is that we rely on winning footy at halfback instead of in the centre of the ground. Our goals come from all our players sprinting end to end trying to provide options. Exhausting! Much better to win a decent share of the midfield stoppages, drive the footy forward and then set up our defensive "wall" (McGovern, Barrass and Yeo) at about the halfway line.
