He's still very young and is playing on a terrible team (which gets overlooked due to the ineptitude of the Pistons, Spurs and Wizards). Certainly isn't living up to the hype, but shows some decent playmaking chops at least.

But yeah, after the Blazers locked themselves into two undersized, ball-dominant guards who weren't good defenders for years (Lillard and McCollum), they've gone and done the exact same thing with Simons and Henderson. One will likely have to move eventually.
