I started making a Bullet Martini about 6 months ago; Gin, White Sambuca, lemon juice and sugar syrup. It's quite delicious.

I like Baileys a little bit too much on the odd occasion I have it.

You should try getting Mr Black Coffee Liquer if you're a fan of that. Better quality so a little more expensive but worth it.
