It seems exceedingly likely that we’re pushing him out the door, for whatever reason. If we weren’t initiating this there’s no way we’d be letting him go under contract unless we got the world for him.

So you would think there would have to be an element of buyer-beware here.

Sounded like he was likely to be traded until Clarkos past caught up with him. I was for the trade.

I think we may have indicated to clubs that he's up for grabs at the right price but no one was willing to cough up what we wanted. If someone offered a top 10 pick we'd probably move him on, but definitely not for a 2nd rounder.

Doubt DeGoey has anything to do with it. Gallagher seemed to think they were still some chance of landing him yesterday.
