Out:
Mckay - He was invisible again.
Otten - can not play as the 3rd tall forward or back anymore. Far to slow and immobile. His best position is 2nd ruck forward. He isnt doing tat ahead of JJ
Hampton - Been given an extended run. Hasnt stamped authority on the spot. Time for a spell in the 2s

In:
Wigg - 1 for 1 with McKay. Must be given an opportunity to carry form into AFL.
Beech - Offers more mobility than Otten, can play as a floating forward or defender. Again must be seen at AFL Level.
Greenwood - 1 for 1 with Hampton. Must be given an opportunity to carry form into AFL.

Dropping him to the SANFL wouldn't solve that. He gets 40 and gets brought back.

We can't keep such a badly underperforming player in the side purely because he notionally won't learn anything by being dropped. He ought to be dropped, and spend the next 2-3 months running around in the SANFL, without recall, figuring out for himself whether or not he actually wants to be a professional footballer.

Why is otten not infront of JJ, Otten has played 4 /5 really good games JJ played the one game well, being the first one the last three he may have well been runiing the water it would have been motre beneficial for the team

Pretty poor return from JJ and you want to keep him there because he looks tall

Honestly he probably is.But the Paycheck means he JJ gets first look. His best is also much much better.

Spot on...an in form Jenkins is 1000x the forward threat that Otten is.

Otten hasn't exactly had '4-5 really good games' either! Probably 2 really good ones, with some other moments sprinkled throughout the other average games.

Back 6 + Rotation:
Talia Hartigan Smith Laird Brown Kelly Beech
Inside Rotation:
Sloane MCrouch BCrouch Douglas Greenwood
Outisde Rotation:
Atkins Milera Cameron Wigg Menzel
Utility Rotation:
Jacobs Walker Jenkins Lynch Betts

Is he that badly underperforming ?? Probably, but there's 4 guys who immediately spring to mind first as well as injuries.

We aren't making 6 changes so he stays, but if we bring in a Greenwood or a another midfielder who do a good job then he will go back. We've shown we aren't above dropping him.

Out Jenkins, MacKay, Menzel(if Injured)
In Greenwood, Wigg, Lever

Give Knight a run in sanfl to get going again, Thommo travelling emergency
don't want to see any young kids being emergency and missing out on sanfl game to gain a spot, has happen quite a bit

Probably go 3-4 changes seeing a) It's Brisbane, b) some players need a rocket.

In: Lever, Poholke, Knight, Greenwood.

Out: Jenkins, Mackay, Menzel, Kelly.

Firstly, we may as well use this game to blood Poholke, sooner we get him into the side the sooner we reap the benefits of that pick. Menzel is a good one to make way for this to happen.
Lever for Jenkins, with Otten going into the ruck is to return to the structure we had when we were playing our best football.
Knight/Greenwood for Mackay/Kelly - Get probably the only two players who have a chance to make a difference this season in now is probably worth it.

Hampton i'm on the fence on, I've been looking for that breakout game as there is a devastating player in him, but it just hasn't come.
Interesting to see some-one mention Poholke. Does anybody know how he is tracking in SANFL?

We looked too light in the body for several of our mids, and this lad seems to have a look of strength about him. Is he more ready than Galluci?

It's pointless to make serious form judgments on the outside midfielders when the inside midfield is being so badly beaten that they aren't getting any worthwhile ball, and it's equally pointless to drop them, because their replacements are going to have the same problem.

Sloane, M. Crouch, B. Crouch, Douglas - something here has to change, and Brad doesn't even look like he wants to be there, putting in neither the effort nor abilities to warrant continued selection. We genuinely look more capable and dynamic when Betts is inside the centre square for restarts.

All jokes aside, this is the week Mackay has to go out of the team.

If he doesnt, i am absolutely done watching them play. Nothing has changed since our loss to Sydney in the finals. Will be the exact same year as 2016.

I am amongst those who think you are too blinkered about the Crouch boys. But last week Brad certainly lacked miserably in 2-way running, and I was NOT happy to see him joking around with an opposition player at the end of the game.

Perhaps forward an email stating this is the view of many.

The worst thing is that it shouldnt take us members to email the club for them to realise that Mackay is actually a detriment to the team. I fear an influx of emails would fall on deaf ears anyway.

If he is not omitted for Greenwood, Knight, Wigg etc i wont be watching any more games (i live in Sydney) and will be cancelling my Interstate membership (no NSW games so pointless anyway).

I get too emotional to do this each season.

I have never put any poster on ignore but breath-taking stupidity is hard to stomach.

No one would suggest that Brad played well the last 2 weeks but to pick him out for 2-3 months in the SANFL shows your bitterness runs deep.

For the record he had 26 possessions at 61.5% (equal 3rd), 14 contested possessions (2nd to Laird) and 6 clearances (2nd to Douglas on 7) in 66%TG.
If you want to see what a shocking performance how does 12 possessions at 58.3%, 1 contested possession and zero tackles in 76% TG sound?

No one cares about your vendetta against the Crouches (funny how you have come back to BigFooty in the last 9 days).

Opinions are like arse-holes, everyone has one but there is no point peddling the same crap week after week.

My changes would be

Out - Menzel (regardless of injury), Mackay (I just can't take it anymore), Otten (great guy but is not in our best 22) and Kelly (see Otten).

In - The MIGHTY THOR (because he is), Lever (we really missed him), Knight (providing his buttock is better) and Beech (it's time).

Can everyone please tell me why the want Hugh Greenwood "Mighty Thor" put into the side he's only played in the SANFL you guys seems so dam confident he's gonna help us big time in the midfield. Granted I haven't seen much of the guy but everyone here seems majorly confident.

Why are your excluding the least performed inside mid in Hampton?

There's someone who read the stat sheet after the game without actually watching it.

His disposals were cheap and worthless, he panicked under pressure, he didn't run at all, never tried to help Sloane, and he was flogged within an inch of his life by Jack Viney. Worst of all, he spent almost the entire game with his head down, and in no way looked like a player who wanted to be there, or was willing to contest to the level required of an AFL footballer. He's always had the appearance of attitude problems, but now they're overwhelmingly evident. If he doesn't want to be there, isn't putting in any effort, and isn't playing anywhere near well enough to be there, then he absolutely must be replaced with someone who does want to be there - and that way we can see if the player who does have the desire and work rate, like Greenwood, has the talent to keep himself there.

Speaking of peddling the same dull crap every week,

Mackay (I just can't take it anymore)

My God, you've taken it to another level. You are ruling a player out for 2-3 months. Now where did you pluck that figure from? I know where:

1 month= I don't like Brad
2 months = I hate Brad
3 months= I really really hate Brad

I know, I'll got for 2-3 months.
