Was worried that injury would be a serious blow for him and have his career at risk.

It turned out to be a horrible draft. But we didn’t “give anything up” for him. There were no trades involved

Combined with Laird, Smith, Sloane, Keays, Murphy. What an absolute mess Nicks, Roo, Ogilvie, Reid and the board have got us into. Jones would only get a game in maybe one or two other clubs at best.

Only when he can run in a straight line to get it.. Very rarely would he be willing to leave his patch of grass to actually get the ball.
