The bike in that scenery and the fashion reminds me of My Own Private Idaho but I've not seen it in 25 years and none of that cast is jumping out ie. no Reeves or Phoenix.

My sincerest apologies but yes it was My Own Private Idaho. Happy for anyone else to post a film.
