Surely none of Shiel, Breust, Gunston, Ceglar are in your next premiership side and they have some sort of worth

What would you be prepared to give each for? Regarding pick number in draft

Unlikely all go but still a fairly mature enough group with Mcevoy, Sicily, JOM, Wingard, Titch, Hardwick, Frost ect around

Dunno but by all reports Wayne Campbell is going up and Gil is pushing for Clarko.

Sack them off. Its a joke club that is ruining careers. How many concessions have they have and their evelpment programs are pure shite.

Shiels I'm not sure we would get much at all (probably his last year)
If we paying a large portion of Gunston or Breust's salary a late 1st or very early 2nd

Hawthorn are barely going to meet the minimum salary cap requirement for the second year in a row. Trading out players isn’t a good move, even if Hawthorn payed some of their salaries.

Gunston and Breust have no interest in leaving. It’s only the media who keep talking them up.

I suppose it gives you the option to target some big fish next year or move salaries of up and coming talent that you'd like to keep like CJ, Scrimshaw, Worpel, Kozi, W.Day with front loading deals/new deals

Also gets you more draft picks in which seems crucial right now for the club

If they don't want to leave than it's hard to get rid of them

Hawks have a real opportunity to convert cap space into draft picks. Not many good clubs could afford to pay Mitchell, but if the hawks took on most of his salary then surely someone would be willing to give up a good pick?

Or just for Mitchell, if hawks paid all his salary for three years, what should you think your club should give up for him trade-wise?

And how much should your club give up if they had to pay all his salary for three years (eg 700k).

Think we would be taking on a fair portion of some of these salaries to ensure we get better picks. Doubt we would be putting these players out for picks in the 30's

O'meara - don't care, don't rate him, just an average player
