What’s the expected recovery timeline on AC joint op??

I had a grade 3 tear on mine and missed 5 games (was back playing basketball after 2 weeks though)

I didn't have surgery though, just built up the surrounding muscles with excersises, in hindsight i should have had an op as it does cause trouble from time to time.

Worpel will certainly be ready to go day 1 of pre season he will need to start rehab training in about 2 weeks.

He won't be playing again this year but should get most of the preseason in.

Probably won't be doing contact until after Christmas would be my guess though

The AFL can't have us succeed without using early draft picks, other wise what is the hope that they can sell to the long suffering Melbourne, Carlton, Essendon members.
GWS and Gold Coast have not helped them at all.
