Yeah I can’t get my head around it. I mean do you take your own toilet paper? A little toilet stool? Or just hit it with pace in a side ways crab walk to get away from the crime scene rapidly. I guess only the pros know

Well known issue with long distance runners.

A ‘balanced’ Richmond fan last week called to say they have the team and coach to definitely be playing finals, however, he felt they were top 4 material with a little luck.

What’s ’a little luck’? 14 teams being wiped out in plane crashes?

They will be lucky to not be bottom 4.
Without using Google I could not name their coach.

🤢:sickv1:🤮

Richmond full of poets:

cfl house and the umpiring rooms are full of scats, pies and blooze supporters

thats why those clubs get sucked off every week

there has never been a Richmond supporter umpire in history and if there was he would do a richo style reverse bias and gift the oppo when he umpires us

What’s more, his mate is complaining they got ‘ripped off’ in the 1904 GF against North because the umpire was so biased being a North supporter, that he let them wear long stops!

They are an entertaining bunch. Is it right to make fun of them? They obviously have their challenges…

deep down they know its a tainted umpires flag

If Richmond was umpiried like that, I'd acknowledge it

Deep down? They just ******* know it full stop Gru.

Stephen Bradbury looks at their flag and scoffs about the amount of luck they got to help them fall in by a millimetre in all 3 finals.

  • Captain was a f/s
  • Best young player, despite being a knee dropping squib is a f/s
  • His brother, despite somehow being an even bigger squib was a f/s
  • They cheated Quaynor into their NGA academy to get a freebie there
  • Maynard should have got a year for his disgraceful QF act, got off
  • Umpires gave them a Police escort to just take victory in the QF
  • Umpires gave them major felatio to ensure they clung on by a point in the PF
  • Umps treated Lions like a black dude in Texas to get filth home by a kick in the GF
  • McRae stole Dimma's stories and tried to pass them off as his own

That is a 9 asterisk flag. There has probably never even been a 2 asterisk flag before. Gimp flag.

Pies remain the only team in the AFL era whose 2 x flags were unquestionably the result of home ground advantage .. a draw in 2010 v Saints, and a narrow win v Lions. All other GF’s with an MCG tenant club decided by 15-points or more, so hard to prove it was home ground advantage.

Father son gifts, NGA gift, home ground advantage gift, favourable umpiring gift … and they can still only limp over the line in three finals by a total of about 10-points.

If that GF was played anywhere but MCG Lions win it in a canter, as they’d done the 5 x previous times they’d played each other.

I accept Tigers got a few ‘gifts’ in 2017 finals … but we won the Cats and Crows finals by 8-goals, so hardly the difference maker.

Despite two great years it’s hard to get a read on the Pies. I genuinely don’t believe they have a great list. Forward line is average, and now without McStay and Ginnivan looks really light on. Elliott and Mihocek are both 31+ by start of season. Cox is 33.

Then their backline is quality but Howe is nearly 34yo and Murphy has huge question marks on his concussion issues.

Then they still rely very heavily on Pendles and Sidey … 36yo and 33yo by start of season … they aren’t getting any better.

Then their ‘quality’ youth by start of 2024 season who is 23yo or under is Naicos….and… well … that’s it, Naicos.

I think their best-15 is good enough to contend … but with Ginnivan gone and McStay injured they’re really going to fall away sharply if injuries bite in 2024 as they’ve got a load of spuds getting games already.

One flag has them salty, frothing and livid.
Imagine what back to back will do to them.

I've recently watched 2017 and 2019 grand finals, talk about getting lucky.
From power stance crows to do nothing for 2 quarters GWS.
Give me a flag this year against any team by 5 goals, and in a couple years GC Suns shitting the bed in front of 100,000.

Got really pissed on that once…
yep, i was 14 at the time... mixed with raspberry soft drink. Lets say we were very sick, but the sheep dogs lapped it up, lets now say sheep dogs very sick and wobbly.... mates old man was furious as the dogs couldnt perform their job.

My favorite part was the twisted logic that somehow a close game is a bigger indication of home ground advantage than a gutter stomping of an interstate team like they had against Adelaide in ‘17 and GWS in ‘19.

Richmond supporters are so special. You’d think that 3 premierships in 4 years would make them happy, but they seem more bitter than ever now they’ve realised success doesn’t last forever.

Excellent candidate there, well done.

Cites two games in which we got the worse of the umpiring (PF we were beneficiaries) as reasons we cheated. He must have been livid at the 2022 QF then!

Apparently also cheated to get Quaynor…? What?!

Yeah the IQ one was a bit baffling wasn’t it? I can only put that one down to them being bitter at not getting anyone significant through their own NGA

Didn't we finish on top in both premiership years and won the QF, therefore earned the right for home ground advantage anyway?
Come on now, you’re just letting facts get in way of a good old fashion Richmond supporter whinge.

it’s not like 2017, where they finished below Adelaide and got the home grand final they didn’t deserve.

They only finished below Adelaide because there has never been a Tigers supporting umpire in the history of world sport, and even if there was, they’d punish the Tigers anyway.
