I feel a lack of pressure and tackling was missing from our game.

An clearly we need some more goal kickers and this must be a priority.

How often is it the case that when we play other teams some random small forward kicks 3 or 4 against us.

Whereas we are either Bruest or bust when it comes to small forwards kicking goals.

Need some more natural goal kicking smalls almost as bad as another key forward.

I don't disagree but I don't think that's been the main factor causing our structures to falter.

We have a long way to go to start pushing for finals footy.

Two more seasons of development required.

No harm in that, but our forward line is very ordinary and our mids don’t like it when they have to dig in against an opposition that have a superior work rate.

Hence we finish a deserved 16th and that’s a true reflection of where the club sits.
