True, but Tommy had a pretty weak FTC imo. He was lucky that he ended up against two people most thought were goats

Tommy did a great job convincing everyone Elaine, Janet and Lauren were threats while he sailed through.

Sandra style win though really in the end. Dean was a goat for most of the season but controlled it when it mattered.
