Scouts on Saints board reporting Francis' direct opponent (Minchington, Saints depth player) had 28 and kicked 4.

Weird opponent for someone like Francis to be on? By reports here francis played forward with some time in the middle. Mitchington is mid/fwd correct? Seems an odd matchup.

Didn't see match but sounded like Francis played a variety of positions so doubt he had one specific opponent all match. From what i read he played forward and also played some midfield.

Saints fans desperate to be believe he's shite to justify Carlisle trade.

Incorrect. I posted an answer to a question (there were a handful of Saints supporters at TBO watching and posting) then responded to something you brought up. Yet trolling? #confused

Ok, but as I said it seems a very odd opponent for someone like Francis to play on. You sure in his 10 minute stint in the midfield that he's been getting he lined up on him and that's being overblown because it's him? Hardly a player Francis would play directly on. Even if he played Def.

You came on to the board, as an opposition supporter, deliberately trying to incite people here (ie trolling) by posting shite gossip. Based on the usual unbelievable St K immaturity and insecurity about letting Essendon secure Parish and Francis.

Haha, but they didn't want Parish remember? Although I do remember seeing on their board about 2 months before the draft their insiders rating him highly.. fancy they preffered gresham over him after they traded pick 5, right? :p

Not sure how that works, TBH. Just reporting what's been stated by those at game.

Francis was the best player out there. Kicked a great goal from 50m out after selling some candy and took a 1 handed mark drifting in front of a pack. Also played some midfield time and looked dangerous. He should come in for Langford if he plays s**t. Jackson Merrett was hopeless, put in no second efforts and looked like he didn't want to be out there. Dea had some huge brain fades and was responsible for a couple goals. Hocking and Bird were great in the centre towards the end. Clarke's kicking is quite a huge liability. Begley was lively, appears to be too goal hungry and unwilling to give the ball off inside 50 but applied good pressure. TBC took some great pack marks and played well in the ruck.

Mutch?

Francis will be good. He has the tools and can come in and play right now, but the coaches are trying to instil discipline in him.

Francis didn't go anywhere near minchington. Find it hard to believe that they think Francis who was playing Key forward is responsible for a small forward. Salty saints supporters.
They would be singing a different tune if their peanut recruitment manager didn't fold to Dodoro and held onto pick #5. Just imagine being a grown adult and praying that a ******* 19 year old fails. Christ

Disappointing effort by the bombers today. Francis had a few highlights but doesn't get enough of the footy. Looks a million dollars when he does have it. Thomas Bellchambers looks very slow and couldn't jump over a jam tin if he tried. If he gets a game in the seniors we are in trouble.

I agree Merrett is a spud absolute down hill skier.
